Job Description :
  • Responsible for all the phases of renewal sales process proactively contacting customers with expiring contracts, generating renewal quotes, ensuring renewals are complete, and maintaining customer contact regularly throughout the year 
  • Maintain high customer retention rates through the development of strong relationships with customers 
  • Effectively communicate with external customers regarding renewal enquiries 
  • Interact with other departments including to meet and deliver customer requirements
  • Leverage the renewal activity to promote incremental product sales 
  • Follow up with customers that do not respond within designated time frames
  • Location : Bangalore
  • Key Skills Proven track record of selling and presenting in person and on the phone
  • Must be able to speak multiple languages
  • Must have completed an Undergraduate degree

  • Exp : 0 -3 years
